STAND FEES
The Sarit Centre provides the Octanorm international shell stand scheme. The standard unit is 3 metres × 3 metres = 9 square metres. The exhibition fee for events in 2003 is US$ 225 per square metre/US$2,025 per standard unit, but may vary from event to event. Rates are inclusive of 16% V.A.T. and cost of basic accessories.

DISCOUNT
A 2.5% discount will be given on 2 stands, 7.5% on 3 stands and 12.5% on 4 stands booked. Early payments qualify for further discounts. Check payment dates for the event you wish to book.

PAYMENT & BOOKING
Payments by cheque or bank transfer (details on request) shall be made payable to the organizers “Sarit Exhibitions and Promotions Limited”.
CANCELLATION
No cancellation shall be accepted after the final date for payment of stand fees, and the organizers retain the right to reallocate stands ‘booked’ but not fully paid up by such dates.
STANDS & ACCESSORIES
Octanorm international shell stands, comprising uprights, fascias, panels are provided or are available for hire (charges on request) together with a accessories including tables, chairs, glass-fronted display cabinets, fridges, display stands, spotlights, shelving (straight, corner, literature), dress racks, hooks, eyes, curtains, etc.
Each stand will be provided FREE with (and where applicable fitted) accessories, namely:

1 No. × Graphics Panel (2m × 1 m.)
1 No. × Graphics Panel (1 m. × 1m)
2 No. × Shelves
Additional accessories may be hired at the exhibitor’s cost.
Exhibitors are NOT ALLOWED to sub-lease stands nor alter stand layouts or design or introduce their own furniture unless agreed in writing with the organizers 30 days in advance of the event.
INTERNET
Direct Internet connection is available on all stands at an extra cost.
STAND DESIGN
The Rules and Conditions applicable to exhibitors in the Sarit Expo Centre will be strictly enforced. Copies are available on request.
Exhibitors’ names will be printed and affixed to the fascia of each stand at no extra cost. Nothing else may be affixed to, hung from, or obscure stand fascias.
Partitions between stand units are just that — partitions. Nothing may be stuck, glued or otherwise affixed to partitions. Graphic panels are provided for displays and exhibitors will be surcharged for any damage to panels. Hooks are available to hang displays and eyes to stretch banners between uprights.
RAMP & FLOOR LOADING
The access ramp loading is limited to 4,000 kg. necessitating heavy equipment to be transported in vehicles not exceeding three tonnes. Fork-lifts can be hired for off-loading/loading.
The floor loading within the exhibition hall is certified to 400 kg. per square metre. Heavy equipment may only be located in limited designated stands located on a column/reinforced beam. Such designated stand positions can be indicated on floor plans on request.
ACCESS DOORS
Exhibitors proposing to display large items are requested to note the dimensions of the access door (Height: 2.6m Width: 2.5m)
ELECTRICITY
The Sarit Centre has stand-by generators in the event of power failure. Single-phase electricity is provided to every stand. Three-phase electricity is available to most stands on request. Spot-lights and other accessories are available for hire (rate card of charges available on request).

An Exhibition Catalogue is published for events, in which each exhibitor shall be entitled to a FREE listing to include contact and address details, corporate logo, and STRICTLY 150 words on the firm and/or product. In addition, PAID advertising space within the Catalogue is available to exhibitors. .
PUBLICITY & ADVERTISING
The Sarit Centre’s marketing section undertakes design and booking of pre-event and exhibition publicity and advertising in all media on behalf of overseas clients. Alternatively, reputable agencies to undertake these services can be recommended.
