Security at The Sarit Centre is provided for by a well trained and dedicated team from BM Security (www.bmsecurity.com). This team is over-seen by a senior supervisor from BM Security who is permanently stationed at The Centre. Shoppers who wish to make a report regarding security related incidents at The Centre, or who may have lost any personal belongings may check with the BM Security site office located at the main car-park, or may call them on 3740148.

The Sarit Centre is served by three car-parks managed by Messer’s KAPS Ltd.

The first (main) car-park is located at the front of The Centre and is accessed either from Pio Gama Pinto Road or Lower Kabete Road. The charges for this car-park are as follows:

Thereafter additional 80 Kshs per hour.

Shoppers and visitors utilizing this car-park are advised to pay the parking fees due as they leave the building at the pre-pay points located at the Banana Box entrance and the entrance next to Beyond Interiors. This will facilitate your speedy exit from the car-park.

The second (express) car-park is located at the back of the building and is accessed from Mukinduri Road and behind the Value Card Plus car-park. The charges for this car-park are as follows: 

Thereafter additional 100 Kshs per hour.

Shoppers and visitors utilizing this car-park are advised to pay the parking fees due as they leave the building at the pre-pay point located at the Uchumi entrance. This will facilitate your speedy exit from the car-park.

The third (tenants) car-park is located at the back of the building and is accessed from Lower Kabete Road. The charges for this car-park are as follows:

Advertising at The Sarit Centre
The Sarit Centre offers shoppers and visitors to The Centre various platforms to advertise goods or services for sale.

Span Image.
The first option is to advertise goods, services, or events on the LCD screens mounted throughout The Centre. This service is provided for by Messer’s Span Image Kenya (www.spanimage-ke.com) who have been contracted to do so by The Sarit Centre. Notice Board.
The second option is by placing an ad on our very popular notice board. This notice board is highly visible and located on the ground floor. Ads placed on this board range from houses for sale or let, motor vehicles for sale, household goods for sale, upcoming events, and job seekers looking for placement. The rates for this notice board are calculated by the size of the ad and the duration it is intended to be displayed. Payment for notice board ads is done at The Sarit Centre Management Office on the 2nd floor where an official tax receipt will be issued. Below are the current rates;

1. Ads will be charged strictly according to the above sizes.

2. A3, A2, & A1 ads will be accepted subject to availability of space.

3. Ads advertising any goods or services offered by tenants of The Sarit Centre will not be accepted.

4.The management reserves the right to reject ads with inappropriate content.

5. Expired ads will only be stored for a period of 2 weeks from date of expiry and thereafter disposed of.

The Sarit Centre has a baby room located on the ground floor just opposite the Bata shoe store. This baby room is managed and stocked by PZ Cussons, manufacturers of a wide range of quality baby-care products. The baby room is a useful and free facility for nursing mothers requiring a private area to nurse infants, or to change infant diapers/nappies.

The baby room is open daily between 8.30am and 5.00pm.
